When even compressed files are too large to send as attachments, Courier 5.0 automatically uploads them to one of your connected cloud services. It all happens in the background and a download link is added to the outgoing email message. Courier 5.0 connects to several leading cloud services, including ZipSend, Box, SkyDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, CloudMe and SugarSync. You can also easily share files you have stored on cloud services directly from your email. Just select the file and Courier 5.0 will insert a link to it in the outgoing email message. For added productivity, zip and email documents, spreadsheets and presentations right from Microsoft Office 2013. You can also convert files to PDF directly from your Microsoft Office apps, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. For extra protection, you can create a read-only PDF to deter copying.
